Pumpkin Pocket Instructions

These instructions assume you have already stuffed the pocket or are using it as a cover over the prefold or other nappy. We also have instructions on using the prefold on it's own, with a cover.

For the smaller baby

1. Lay the nappy out in front of you, and flip the sizing tab out to cover the PUL outer, exposing the snaps on the microfleece inner.		2. Place your baby in the nappy and bring the front of the nappy up between their legs, folding the top over to reduce the nappy length and put the snaps on the side facing you.
3. Holding the center of the nappy, bring the tab on your left across baby's middle and snap to the best point for a snug fit.		4. Now, bring the right tab across - again finding the best fit point. You can snap the right tab onto the top of the left tab if need be, to ensure a snug fit. And you're done!

For the older baby/toddler

1. Lay the nappy out in front of you, and ensure the sizing tab is in it's "natural" position - covering the microfleece snaps.		2. Place your baby in the nappy and bring the front of the nappy up between their legs, folding the top over to reduce the nappy length and put the snaps on the side facing you.
3. Holding the center of the nappy, bring the tab on your left across baby's middle and snap to the best point for a snug fit.		4. Now, bring the right tab across - again finding the best fit point. You can still snap the right tab onto the top of the left tab if need be, for the narrow waisted child. And you're done!
