Live Help...if we're online, you can use the live help system to chat with one of our staff in real time.  This is the best way to get a quick answer to your question if we are around.

Email...this is the best way to contact us if Live Help isn't available or you don't have time for a "chat".  We check our email religiously and will do our best to respond to you in a timely manner.  If you haven't heard back from us in 24 hours, please send your message again, as we do aim to answer all queries within 24 hours.  Use the form on this page to send a query by email.

Telephone...we have recently added a telephone service, however as we run our business in and around family life, we can only take your calls on an "as available" basis (e.g when we don't have small noisy people hanging from our pant legs), and we do much prefer email.  However, if you'd like to speak with a "real person" please feel free to try getting us on the phone, and if you end up in our voicemail box, let us know your name, number and a time that is convenient for us to call you back.
